    I'm in!! All calories burned are calculated with a HRM. I will start with a goal of 3500 for my first week and maybe change my goals next week.

    Tues: 450 Team Training(it's similar to cross fit at my gym so I'm sure it's more calories I just allow my self 1cal per min. and 42 cal strength training
