3DDS - starting 7/11/11

Hi everyone,
I am starting the 30DDS tomorrow, I've just got the DVD.
I plan to do it at least 5 days a week, I won't be using weights though because I don't have any at the moment. I will be doing it along with some other exercise, along with behaving myself on the food front. I will be weighing in at least once a week. I really want to see some results.
I am hoping that maybe 20 other people will start along with me, and we can become a closed group. We can discuss our progress and encourage each other along the way, with a weekly weigh in (any day you choose, just once a week), maybe share some photos, discuss what exercise we're doing and what we're eating, maybe even upload some photos if we feel brave enough!!!
Who wants to come along for the ride?
If for some reason, there's a huge gang to sign up, then I'll try and cap the numbers so we can try to get to know each other a bit.
Hopefully someone wants to join in!!!

Hurrah, 2 people so far! I will be doing a weigh in later today, counting my cals, and exercising with 30DS and something else at the gym, I am looking forward to being a full time MFP-er again, I've not been behaving that much recently!!!0

I have brought my gymkit to work, and I am hoping to get to the gym this lunchtime. I have booked some classes for tomorrow too!0

I did it on Sat for the first time! I plan on doing it a few times a week (not everyday) as I'm doing classes too at the gym but feel free to add me!
