if you dont mind me asking, how far away from 'proper' is your bmi now?! you dont look too large at all in your pics!! im 5'9 but im still slightly overweight by about 10 pounds but still feel free to add me if youd like !!0

well you seem to carry it quite well! im hovering right at 180 [havent gained or lost in a while] and wanna get to between 150 and 1600 -
Im only 5'9" but my BMI is down to 23.4...profile pic and pics on my profile are me at 159 (started at 185)0

I am 5'9 and want to get to 165. I feel so huge because I have always weighed heavier. I guess being tall and large bone structure can make you feel even bigger.0

i'm 5'10 and at 188 right now, looking to get to about 150:) just looking at the calories in things (which i never did before!) and doing the comcast on demand workouts are such big helps!0

5'11" here, not sure what my BMI is, but I currently weigh 163, size 8-10. (I weigh more than I did a few months ago, but am smaller--I've been lifting weights)0

I'm 5'10" and started with a BMI of 43.8 (Morbidly Obese) and is now about 27 (Overweight)-- only about 15 lbs until I am in the Healthy range and 25 away from my goal weight!0

I'm between 5'10" and 5'11 depending on who is measuring me. I think my body would love to be about 185 lbs. but I'm constantly watching what I eat so I try to keep my weight in the low 170s. I joined MFP so I could get into the 150s...I was there about 7 years ago after having my 4th child and I felt skinny! I have been doing Chalean Extreme for about 70 days and feel stronger and I'm down to about 167 lbs. My goal is 155 lb but after seeing all the success stories and pics on here I'm thinking I'd like to be 145-150. So at least 17 lbs to go and it has been a long time since I've seen those numbers!! Feel free to friend me twins...I'd love to support your efforts!0

I'm 5'10. Started at 215 lbs and am currently 159 lbs.
My BMI is currently 22.9 at 159 lbs. I wanna get down to at least 150 lbs, then my BMI would be 21.5
