getting back on track
I got really lazy this summer and gained a few pounds. Overall, from April to September I never really worked out and ate only okay, not great. new, let's help motivate each other!
First, thanks to fab4runner for suggesting this site. I have counted calories in the past, but in a very lazy way. Too must estimating left me with very slow results (jan 10th-march14th I lost 8lbs). MFP is SO much better (after tomorrows weigh-in I'll be down 4.5 in 2 weeks!) Looking for people with similar goals to help…
