getting back on track

I got really lazy this summer and gained a few pounds. Overall, from April to September I never really worked out and ate only okay, not great. I got up to 168, but ended up back down to 165.5 (I was 164.5, lowest in 5 years, in April). One thing that helped motivate me after I felt like a failure for giving up was realizing this weekend that the size 10 skinny jeans (women's size 10, not juniors) I bought last December are WAY too big on me now
Ready to get back on track and get into a size 6 for Christmas
Wish me luck!!
