  • Yes, I'm dreading how many times I'll have to say "NO" this summer. I've cut down a lot on my drinking, but it's not going to be easy to avoid beer tents. I've survived so far by having water and sports drinks with me wherever I go. My hands are too full to carry all the treats and booze. Lol
  • I would say cream cheese. Sometimes I feel like the only human that doesn't care for cheesecake... blech.
  • A shish kebab with marinated chicken, red, yellow and green bell pepper, mushroom, onion, and cherry tomato. A side of pasta salad with peas, green bell pepper, chopped broccoli, cubed cheese, turkey cold cuts, and thousand island dressing.
  • My cheat days are more like cheat meals, and I don't really plan for them. I continue to eat healthy and exercise during the day, but if there's something I want, then about once every 2 weeks I'll allow myself to have it. Over the weekend it was ordering pizza when I visited with family.
  • I like to reward myself with makeup and/or jewelry. I try to avoid buying clothes when I want to lose weight, because I like to think they won't fit right in a couple of weeks anyway :)

  • I'm really good at having too much to drink, running into old friends and insisting we should hang out more. A lot of times I make all these plans with people & I wake up hungover the next day and just think, "I'm definitely not doing that..." I'm so glad I've cut back on drinking, haha.
  • I binge-watched Breaking Bad in 2012, it was really hard waiting a week for each episode after that. I did the same with Game of Thrones in 2013, ^ same thing, hard to wait for. This year, I've binge-watched OITNB and American Horror Story.
