GW: 197.2 lbs (by April 1st) SW: 205.2 lbs Week1: 203.6 lbs Week2:202.2 CW: Week3: 203.6 lbs Not sure what the deal is. Had an off weekend but in a good way i thought. Did a 15 mile hi peak hike on Saturday burning in excess of 7500 calories. Could this be muscle?
