  • When I first started I did the 1200 cal for about a week...maybe two. It did not work for me. I felt really sluggish and starving. I put myself up to 1300 and it made a big difference in the way I felt and my hunger level. 100 cal a day doesn't seem like a big difference, but it def works for me.

  • The 1200 is what MFP gave me as a goal to lose 1.5 pounds/week. Some days I do really good at staying at or under that goal. Like today I am 158 cal under. I am not hungry at all and definitely not trying to under eat. I just want to make sure I find a balance that works for me.

  • I have been weighing in on Mondays, but since I joined this group I went ahead and weighed this morning. Sadly there was no weight loss since Monday :sad: . However, I am not discouraged as I had a really good workout last night doing Zumba for 1 hr with the Xbox. I will hold off on weighing in again until next Friday.
