Fitbit sync to diary
My Fitbit and MFP show synced up, I have the bar on my diary for steps and its tracking my info from MFP on my FB app. However, no steps are being logged on MFP. Any suggestions?

Numbness/shock feeling
Has anyone ever felt like a shock then numbness on your right quad during a workout? It has recently started doing it when I am squatting with weight. The shock only last for a few seconds then that area on my leg goes numb. That only last for a little while. Just wondering if this is a common thing.

TDEE?
Can someone help explain this to me? I see people reply on message boards saying they go by their TDEE instead of counting exercise calories. I am just confused. So many people do so many different things, I don't want to miss out on something that might be beneficial to me.
