  • The rest week is absolutely important, and taking 1 day off is good but your body needs time to fully rebuild before you dive into stage 2. Many people have gone thru these programs! Trust the set up.
  • Today was day 4 for me but so far I am loving it! The workouts kick butt but are flying by!

  • I am on Day 3 *tomorrow* of P90X3 doubles schedule. I really am liking them much better than P90X. I woke up quite sore today!
