  • Well, 122 is already in the healthy range for your height, so losing 2lbs of fat per week is unrealistic. How many pounds are you trying to lose? 122 is my goal weight. I weigh 143. I have come a long way. I use to weigh 86 to 103 pounds all the way up to 37 years old. This is why I wonder if I messed up my metabolism.
