Feeling very guilty today. We had a mini-vacation over the weekend so we didn't do the shred. We were supposed to do it last night but had too many things to do. Ugh! I hate when life gets in the way

Week 2 weight: 278.5 (-3lbs)

I felt the same way. Day 1 was cake, day 2 not so much. I do feel a lot more energized after level 2 than I did with level 1

Amazing work!!

So...after 10 days at Level 1, here are my stats: Weight - 280 (-4) Arms - 16.5 (0) Waist - 46.5 (-1) Hips - 54 (-0.5) Thigh - 32 (-1.5) That's a total of 4 lbs and 3 inches lost! Can't wait to see what Level 2 has in store for me!

I am 30, also curvy and busty and I shop at Old Navy. I haven't been able to find anything (pants especially) that fits better. There is just enough curve in the pants for my booty. I would say stick to what you like and tell them to lay off

Week 1 done! Here is my current weight. We decided not to measure until we move up in level.\ Weight 281.5 (-2.5 lbs)

They are Timex Ironman something's. Not really sure which model. We've looked in the manual and can't seem to find anything for calories burned

I don't have it but I have heard that shadow boxing is an excellent cardio excercise for those that can't move around too much. Hope this helps

We have created "Before Pic" folders on our laptops to "hide" them in. I was completely horrified by mine, luckily my wife took them so I couldn't delete.

I started week 1 day 1 yesterday. I feel pretty good today but I think I need to stretch more before tomorrows run. Feel free to add me.
