I'm from Scotland to! Born and raised in Aberdeen but married a Californian so moved a few years back. I have always used lbs, but most of my friends back home use KG's which is just confusing! Good luck to you too :)

So I bought a Fitbit today for starting this challenge and kinda love it! I'm basically just starting off my "workouts" by trying to get my 10,000 steps in a day. Gotta start somewhere! :smile:

First timer here! I started at 164lbs, I'm currently at 138 and wanting to push hard for this summer to get down to goal weight (108lbs ish) Looking forward to April, Ive not done any exercise yet- so looking forward to starting the gym to help achieve some loses! Any tips are totally welcome!
