I go by my weekly rather than Daily because I like to have a cheatmeal. It has to fit for my week though.

I started this week! I don't like the app I'm using though so I am hoping some of you might have suggestions for a better one? I'm willing to pay and use iOs. I'm slow as heck but sound like I used to walking up stairs when I was over 300lbs so it's definitely a good workout.

If you pair them together the Fit Bit burn will adjust your burn in MFP.

Do you have your activity level set as active? It won't adjust very much if your activity level is correct. :smile:
