Week 2 weigh in: Username: Betsymoomoo PW: 217 CW: 217.3 My sodium levels must have been way off yesterday cuz I am looking noticeably slimmer according to my friends and family. Or I’m actually building some muscle from this waking up at 5am for the gym thing. 😂

Week 1 Weigh in Day: Wednesday Previous Weight: 221.3 Current Weight: 217

I lost fine when I had more weight to lose, the closer I get to goal the more strict I had to be with weighing. But I;m gonna be honest with you... if what you are doing is working, keep doing it, make changes if it stops working.

HI team! Back for another month. I recently joined the gym so I'm excited to see how my workouts will affect my loss. Daily Post March 3rd: Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? YES Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? YES Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? YES

Current weight is 218.6 I can’t remember my previous.
-
Week 3 Weight 221.3 seems the change in medication helped out with the water retention.

I've been here for nearly a decade... and lost 100lbs in that time yet she still seems horrified that anyone my size exists. I have some things I need to work on before I can change jobs. I was honestly just very excited to be able to not just shop at a standard size store, but not be the largest size!
-
I am honestly so frustrated you guys. I'm trying really hard but they changed my meds again so hopefully I will be registering a loss this week. I'm flooding myself out with water.
-
Happy to be a friend. I will be brutally honest if you want me too. Feel free to add.

My boss seems to have the most hurtful comments. Last week I was excited explaining that I was excited that when I bought a gown for a gala it was a size 14 and last year at this time I had been wearing a size 22. Her comment that ruined it for me I might add, was "I didn't realize they made dresses in that big of a size".

Pw-221.9 Cw-224 I started a new medication and I am retaining water I think or something. I don’t know. I’ve been eating very carefully aside from one day a week. I am so discouraged.

Daily post for Friday morning: Yesterday Track ✔ Calories X Exercise ✔ I'm adjusting to a new med that makes me eat a 350 calorie meal with it and needs to be taken at bedtime so I am struggling slightly with that.

Hello! Checking into my group! I was in here before for a while and then I left. But I’m back now. Week 1 Wednesday PW: 224.2 CW: 221.8 My goal for this month is 214. That’d bring me back to where I was when I fell off the wagon and keep me on track for being at my weight loss goal for my birthday.

Challenge Starting Weight: 224.2 (Jan 31st) Challenge Level: Level 5 - 25 pounds ★★★★★ Challenge Goal weight: 199.2 (May 31st) This should put me firmly in One-derland... I've been chasing that number for years.

My running, isn't even running yet. I try not to think about how other people are doing but it's difficult. I try and focus on how I feel and not how much I wish I was better/faster.
-
Boiled eggs are my go to right now. I eat two a day. Keeps me full for a long time too. I always have two in my purse if I'm out, to beat the munchies.
-
I use a heart rate monitor when I exercise so mine is fairly accurate. And I used my apple watch to determine my activity level. I eat most of mine back. But I won't eat if I'm over full. I might also go a little over if I'm hungry.
-
I am the same way. I've been on here since my youngest was 1... he's turning 11 in march. I lost 120lbs initially and then gained it back. I let one or two cheat days turn into cheat weeks, cheat years, cheat decades... ugh. I'm at like 95lbs down from my original weight now and I admit, I got into a relationship and…

Same, I'm 30, started this time last year... My body is like nah, we were fine fat. lol.

baby carrot dipped in hotsauce and ranch dressing.

Honestly, when I'm not logging 100% honestly, I tend to over eat. Eyeballing serving sizes is my downfall. Of course I'm usually logging at about 95% accuracy because sometimes I just don't want to fully enter my recipe.
-
I love theatre popcorn so I just get one. That's usually my cheat meal for the week if I go to a movie. I don't go to movies very often.
-
I did intermittent fasting for a while and I may do it again. I used it as a way to break my food addiction. It's harder to eat as much in a smaller window and it also made me obsess less about food when I knew exactly what time my next meal was. Aside from that I don't know the benefits.
-
The only issue I can see aside from what's already been mentioned is that they can be quite high in sodium, so definitely make sure you are getting enough water throughout the day. I find too much salt makes me thirsty as heck and I tend to confuse thirsty cues with hungry cues.
-
My kids have always packed their own lunches with guidelines they needed to have the right amount of fruit veggie and one treat.
-
I bought a sous vide machine yesterday so we had steak, baby potatoes and asparagus. Mmmmm.
-
Betsymoomoo July Week 1 PW:214.6 CW:217.4 I have been neglecting my water... And eating too much sodium. Rough wakeup call. I am aiming to be under 200 by the middle of August, so I really have to rope myself in.
-
Oh. I'm also going to weigh in Thursdays this month!
-
Hey guys!! I'm back for my second month, and we are aiming for one-derland by the end. Thats about 15lbs!
