    Just half a pound, so barely a blip percentage-wise. However, it was a tough week losing the dog. More importantly, I have just made into the next decade on the scale so that is very encouraging!!!! 🤸‍♀️

    I'm adjusting to a new med that makes me eat a 350 calorie meal with it and needs to be taken at bedtime so I am struggling slightly with that.

    I know how you feel Stick with it hopefully you will see the effects of your hard work next week. I foolishly had a sneaky peek yesterday which showed 2 on iv been really good and loads of exercise this week did sendmeoff rails last night but today decided need to stick at it in sure the results will show soon.

    Joined PF (gym) today. Don't want to advertise, but being open 24 hours will allow me to go before work will get an orientation and personalized workout routine on Wednesday. Need to get off my butt when to weather didn't cooperate.this should help.

    The wind yesterday was fierce at 40 miles an hour with rain which made walking unpleasant and dangerous. My schedule got upset as my son's family needed to hunker down at my house because there were electric lines down. They were stuck in traffic and the baby and three-year-old were screaming. This changed, of course, my plans for the evening and I found myself breaking down my no snacking resolution. Calories were up, exercise was down, I need to try to get myself back on track when things unexpected happen.
