What do you use to make your tuna salad? I really can't do the miracle whip. I prefer the light mayonnaise.

No I don't have to eat out for lunch I am usually home.

ummm...Tuna sounds really good as well...Is there any particular way that you make the tuna?

I love poached eggs. But how pathetic is it that I have no idea how to make them. :( I'm so embarrassed to say that!!!

I am in the same boat you are. I can never think of a good healthy meal to eat for lunch. I am tired of eating salad.

Welcome. My advice to you is to start off slowly. Don't take on too much or you will burn yourself out and become discouraged. Take it one step and a time and get all the support you can get. We can do this!!!
