Yea in the great state of Michigan we all suffer from Sinusitis just about all year long...lol...I'm starting to think it is a sinus headache....1 day it's 60 the next day it's 30

Yea since I've joined the site I know I've cut calories...probably carbs as well....I'm more disciplined with my diet if u know what I mean....eating healthier

The only advice I can really give you is you have to learn to discipline yourself...try not to keep those things in the house so u won't be tempted to eat them

No I wish I could say that I did but I haven't had caffeine in a long while except for a piece of chocolate here and there...I have heart problems so I can't do caffeine

I agree with the article as well. I mean as long as you are within reason. If your only taking in say 1200 calories and burning 900 of those with exercise then I would say that it's probably not healthy if your not eating some of those calories back.

Thank you this is what kind of answers I am looking for. I also had a bulging disk at L5 and had a L5-S1 fusion. It just seems once I do 10 minutes my legs feel like jell-o and like my legs are going to give out and I'm going to fall.

Because it's been 5 months since my surgery so I figured taking it slow and walking at a slow pace on the treadmill would be a good way to start exercising. I was looking for other people with back problems to give me some suggestions on if it gets easier or just causes more pain for them...

My doctor cleared me to start normal activity 3 months after my surgery

I know exactly how you feel. I was doing a weight loss program and lost 20lbs but yet I was still wearing the same size jeans. I was so frustrated I really felt like giving up.
