Yea the gym I started going to offers all different aspects of MMA I just decided to go to this day because of the cardio class they start with before hand. I really enjoyed it and play to broaden my horizons with it but I want to get the hang of this one first.

I had an initial goal of losing 52 pounds to pass a landmark I haven't been below in about 5 or 6 years and I have knocked off 16 of those pounds already, but I have more than 50 pounds left to lose in the long run so feel free to add me.
