Really, I just need to start an 8 bunches of celery movement. I find if I eat celery all day like a rabbit, I have adequate H2O.

I use it and like it, but I don't think it's healthier than margarine or butter, and I do t think it tastes better. I imagine that if you don't like marg. you might not like this either. I like the other people's suggestions about trying advocados and other healthy fats, or go without.

When I was a child, I was very skinny. I used to hear all the grown ups talk about dieting. I wished that I was fat so that I could go on a diet too. It was kind of messed up.

I don't like running in the summer months much, but in the winter I usually enjoy a run. I have never really tried to up my speed or to run more than ten km. I think if I were to to push myself I would like running less.

I didn't buy the book but I read the testimonials. Sounds like the author is entertaining to read:)

It is hard to compare yourself to what you used to be able to do. I get it.

When I was 18, I had never had a boyfriend and I truly believed that I was the ugliest human being on the planet. Now, I'm older, I have wrinkles and jowls and grey hair, and my eyelids are starting to sag, and I think I'm beautiful. Everyone has looked terrible in a picture or a video. Have you checked out those movie…

No, but my cousin read "Run, Fat ***** Run." It really helped her to get into running, and she looked fabulous on her wedding day.

Once, after reading too much Farley Mowatt, I had this incredible urge to start peeing in my back yard to mark my territory and assert my superiority over my pet ****zu.

It is 9:00am and I'm assembling sloppy joes in my crock pot already. Great thread op! My suggestion is to google OAMC. There are some great recipes and ideas on those kinds of websites.

You have come to the right place! Track what you eat carefully every day, and keep adding steps! Also, please go back and edit your spelling, or at least keep it a secret that you're a teacher.

I don't tell people. I stayed motivated by looking at graphs of my intake and journaling. I did very well for two years, but lately I'm sliding backwards to old habits. I'll just keep trying new things until something sticks. At the moment I have a high intensity interval training goals while eating under or at the daily…

When I started, mfp gave me about 1500. I ate back 1/2 the exercise calories most of the time, the rest of the time I stuck with 1500. Once I was close to my goal I calculated my TDEE, and slowly built up to 1900. This worked for me. Turns out, 1500 was pretty close to a 20% deficit of my TDEE. I think mfp overestimates my…
