Protein pancakes
I'm proud of this one, I just thought it up as I woke up this morning: 517 calories 37 grams protein 1/2 cup flour 1/2 cup gluten Tsp BP Pinch salt A bit of sugar Tbs or so of oil 1 egg 1/2 cup skim milk Extra flour if you want. Makes two pancakes, so you could have 1 at about 259 calories and 19 grams of protein too:-)
