Laughter.

When it comes to being healthy and fit and maintaining or losing weight, we know that getting enough sleep is important.

I think laughter is important too. I have had some great lol's and chuckles just from 30 minutes of checking out and answering threads here today. You all are so awesome!!! (Even the ones who ask "what counts as water"... Actually, those are the best!!!!)

    I seldom comment on here, but I also read these message boards for entertainment mostly. Some people just are clueless. Once in a while I find some useful information but generally, just entertainment value 8-)
