Potato cleanse

Lately I have been feeling very bloated and I think I need a good cleanse to get rid of all the toxins in my body.
I looked up a variety of cleanses, but unfortunately my love for alcohol and potato chips cancels out all the popular ones.
So I made up my own:
Breakfast: Potato gnocchi with hashbrowns
snack: Pringles
lunch: peanut butter and potato chip sandwiches made with potato bread of course and a side of fries.
second snack: Pringles and vodka (I would never drink before two pm!!)
Dinner: Cheese and onion jacket potatoes (for protein and veggies) And vodka
evening snacks: vodka.
This diet also allows for potato chips at any time and with any snack or meal item.
You're welcome:drinker:

The big mantra of MFP is not to deny yourself foods that you love because that only leads to failure. So, I say, why not have vodka before two?:happy:0

In for Pringles!! I love Pringles! I actually just ate some.0

you cleanse potatoes like this.... put water in a washing up bowl, and get a nail brush. Scrub the outside of the potatoes with the nail brush until you can't see any more large pieces of mud on the potato. Then rinse it under the tap to remove any remaining small pieces of mud and any mud residue that's on it.0

Where does the spud cleanse?
You may not have to ingest it as such, thus saving you all those calories....0 -
I love Pringles but there's barely any potato in them so surely they'd be excluded?0

it cleanses the liver.
And no, Pringles are potatoes! You should never exclude Pringles.0 -
I think this needs to be combined with the 30 day gelato / ice cream cleanse as per the post from LolBroScience

You could make the ice cream sammiches with the pringles....best of both worlds.

The first ingredient in my can of pringles: dried potatoes.
That's good enough for me!0 -
