The first thing I changed was logging what I eat accurately. Lately the hardest thing for me has been logging accurately.

If you've just lost 24 pounds while logging cleaning in your diary, then I'd say you're doing it right. You should be giving us advice:)

I'm feeling your feels today. I'm travelling down the slippery alope of caring less about myself. I've been struggling with coming to terms with change, feeling sorry for myself and dealing with the fact that my bad habits have led me here. How did I do it before? I just did it. Just do it today. If you have tips and…

^this is what I was going to say. I know an athlete who works out hard about 20 hours a week and she uses her preventative inhaler when she has a cold, when the air quality is poor, or when she has had an episode that week. It hasn't held her back one bit.

I can see what he was doing. He needed some objective data, and he thought that if he shared it with her she might understand his position. If my husband gave me a spreadsheet like that I would most likely share it with others. I think it's hilarious! Every relationship is different though. Mine is pretty laid back.

Why is the flavour important? Do you have a story to share OP?

Running

I've done things in the past that I haven't kept up. I have done the "eat whatever you want as long as it's under 30% fat and do cardio for thirty minutes a day" , and I did body for life for twelve weeks. They were both fantastic programs and worked for me, but within two years I gained it all back. I have also read the…

I keep making running playlists but I tend to not listen to music most of the time when I run.

I'm going to pick up this thread again, with my new user name. Do the 8 week thing, and I may even copy and paste the same goals. It has been almost one year since surgery on my right shoulder, and it was a success. I did have some issues with adhesive capsulitis but all is better now. Unfortunately my left shoulder is now…

You look absolutely amazing! I need to do another "cut" here again I think. You have just inspired my weak mind:-)

^ this is me! I'm very good at self-reflection, and I what I have learned about myself is that my brain encourages me to binge a few times to gain back the weight I lost that is below my perceived "set point". I truly believe most of the time that losing is easy and maintaining is easy, until I get to the 145 pound range.…

I can enjoy half a donut like you. Half a sandwich, or a meal, or a bag of potato chips is not do easy for me though.

You should introduce us to your *friend* next time you're *upstairs*

Op, have you ever tried Dr. Oz's raspberry keytones? I'm fairly certain that they are real.

What colour is your house???
-
That's what I wanted to say! Except I was going to include a recipe with ground almonds and apricots that I just invented:-(

Sounds perfect! It's not just possible but probable!:)

You also practise not exceeding at dinner time, even though you're very hungry. Pause.

You could attach it to your shoe

Yum:)

I have had the book for a few years now. Recently I decided to just give up on weight training. I've been focused on it and trying but I'm never able to consistently accomplish anything. I had surgery last year on my shoulder and it's just starting to feel normal and stronger, but the very same problem now exists with my…

<~~~~~Yeah, a little scary. Not my best feature by far!:)

^ This has everything I wanted to say, and more, and she said it better:-)

I'm not committed 100% of the time. I think it helps to understand that you're human and just keep going no matter how badly you may have thought you just f***ed up. Make it as easy as you can, and avoid feeling deprived.
-
You've got this:)

Awe!!! Puppies!!:) Although I can safely say that my little dog has just outgrown her puppy stage and it's so nice and easy now:)

Try not to make it your goal to "fill up". Maybe go over there with a clear idea of how much you can eat of what. Don't go there hoping to *fill up*. Maybe take a dish with you. I'm not saying that you should take your own food but that you could take a dish that you know someone or everyone else will enjoy, maybe it will…

I love my ft4. I use it strictly to manage how hard I'm working out. I find that if I keep my heart rate lower I run more frequently and farther distances. I think the only difference with the ft7 is that it keeps track of more workouts. I'm going to get a fitbit next year though when I upgrade my I-phone. I love fitbit…

Tell your brain to stop setting up road blocks. In the past, if I had to, I just ate half the hamburger, or half the individual sized pizza. I also learned that I could live on salad or skip a meal without fainting. I can also eat an extra 1000 calories in a day on Econ a while without gaining. I have learned that I am…
