Dude!! Getting ripped made your body hair fall out!!! :) Just kidding. Wow... uhmm... you're totally hot. :)

Wow... your effort, your drive, your results are inspirational. But this video convinced me that I'm not going to do p90x any time soon. But not never!!!!

Yes, you are being abused. The tone of your post has a tone that suggests that you know the way you are being treated is not right, and that gives me hope that you won't find yourself in this situation again. still, if you can afford/find free counseling, I recommend it. you may have suffered more damage than you realize,…

My spouse Patrick Stewart Vin Diesel Jason Statham Bruce Willis Taye Diggs All hot. yum!!

I love this!!! Today I walked by the Addition|Elle store and gave it the finger while I passed. No more paying WAY TOO MUCH MONEY for "big lady" bras.

You look AMAZING!!! Wow!! I hope I look half as good as you when I get to where you are!!!! You ARE an inspiration!

I'm guessing you were looking for input on the purposeful weight gain, and not the hair or no hair... I personally think you look better slimmer, it changes the shape of your face and gives you a more masculine look. Granted, you look great with the added mass, too. :)

Be careful with tonic water!! They're not all calorie free!!! I prefer the good ol' rum and diet coke. Rum can be as low as 60 cals an ounce, so major bang for your buck. All hard liquors are low in calories and 0 carbs, so I say, pick a liquor, a diet soda of your choosing, and drink responsibly! :)

I was never expressly told I was ugly, but my aunt nicknamed me "bubble butt" when I was young, and I grew up thinking I was fat when I really wasn't.

bright red stretch marks, and back rolls. Over the course of my life I've learned to love my gigantic *kitten*, and would rather whip it into shape than lose it.

You are my inspiration! Amazing job!

this stuff is my absolute fave - and you don't need to be "off sugar" to appreciate the taste or texture. I find 90% too bitter, and not melty enough.

This is the sweetest NSV EVER!!!

Mine is Sophie Dahl, who for a while was a "plus sized" model. When the ad (Yves St Laurent, Opium) came out (circa 2000, I think), I envied her body. I had no idea at the time that she was actually significantly "heavier" than me. She represents femininity and the beauty of the female form - regardless of size.

Yep, I can't agree with you more. The last two months I was doing Keto (so 30g net carbs or less), but I've modified that, as I don't want to feel *too* deprived. I keep it around 30 for most of the week, so I won't feel guilty, or SICK from eating a few carbs say, on the weekend. Honestly I don't feel deprived at all. I…

I love this. You're awesome!!

Thanks everyone, it feels so great to feel so much better about myself!! My motivation is through the roof!!!

Thanks all!! I've always had, and likely always will, have the thigh rub. I have seriously muscular thighs, layered with serious fat at the moment, even when I was 145lbs (my lowest "adult" weight, I was 18), my thighs rubbed. Just never this bad :P I can't wait to need new clothes. My spouse has promised me a wee shopping…

I don't do low fat because it helps with the full feeling, but the Oikos Greek that I eat only has 7g carbs. Its the lowest I've seen. Astro's full fat also has only 8 carbs. Generally when you go for low fat, they add crap in that raises the carbs.

I do love military relationships, they always have such interesting stories. Military spousehood isn't for everyone, but strength of character is apparent in every military spouse I've ever met. And being one myself, I've met a few. :) Thanks for your service.

Sophie Dahl - as evident by my ticker pic. She was a size 14 when this picture was taken. Zooey Deschenel, Isla Fisher, Joan Jett - she's so badasssss :)

It could be the age old story that when you're watching what you eat, you're not eating enough, so when you over eat, your body is able to relax and let go of some of what it's holding onto.

You have the most striking eyes. And boy does your makeup make them dramatic! Beautiful!!

Leaving a partner in their moment of need is probably the coldest thing a person could do. I must have a really exceptional partner (I think I do, regardless), because he "stuck with me" through situational depression and an almost 40 lb weight gain. He's also my biggest cheerleader in my weight loss efforts. If my partner…

This makes me the happiest. Ever. :)

I don't remember how long I've been here... I guess my little picture will tell me when I post this. It's been years, anyway... Hah... that's hilarious... It says March 2011... but I've been on and off MFP since 2010 before my spouse got back from Afghanistan...

My partner is divorced. It helps that they divorced about 15 years ago and there were no kids in the mix. But I suspect the divorce is a partial explanation of why we're not married yet.

Getting the **** out of Manitoba. Saved my sanity, saved my relationship, saved my waistline (from further damage). Pave the Prairies.

I love it!!! Such dedication!! Every day you are an inspiration, and motivation in my newsfeed.

You look fantastic!! Keep it up!
