Go to message board "Settings" and change the unchecked boxed to checked to allow it to show your "ticker".. it will then show how much you have lost underneath your messages on each post :) Oh, and I can't do this on my phone via the app. I have to do it online.

Hi guys and girls :) thanks for the support. Yeah, great tip, Jay! I have lost 3lbs in 16 days so far. So my first goal is gonna be the 5lb marker. Then set myself another 5lbs, then another.
