I also use Xylitol in my coffee it doesn't have any aftertaste like stevia and tastes the same as sugar but much milder. I use a little Stevia in my tea, because I don't notice the aftertaste as much and for some reason prefer it over the xylitol in my tea (with Stevia a little goes a long way, too much and the aftertaste…

Lemons are acidic, but once they are in your system and metabolized they help to alkalinize your body. True about the fiber. My suggestion to anyone concerned with the affects it may have on your teeth is to drink it through a straw. That's what I do, avoids hitting the teeth and goes straight to the back of your throat.,…

I personally prefer coconut milk.... or homemade sesame, almond, nut milks... but if you are only talking about dairy ... whole milk is definitely better.... all the nutritional value is taken out of reduced fat milks... the vitamins in those can't even be absorbed by your body. Just one source.... but there should be…

30 now and I was at my best at 22. I had a active physical job and I was in the best shape physically, then I had an minor accident which left me weak and anemic and side effects from a drug had me depressed for one whole year. I quite my physical side job and focused on school so I didn't regain my strength.... but watch…

Wow great job! My belly looks like that too (1 C-section), and it's shrinking much quicker than the scale is showing. Which can be water retention and/or muscle gain.... (I like to think it's the latter). That's why it's so great to take pics and measurements. Do you also take measurements? It helps to quantify the loss.…

I usually keep my hair in large two-strand twists for a couple days out of the week and do a twist out for the remainder for the week... and I make sure to deep condition ever 1-2 weeks. I switch up my deep conditioner, but I like to mix things like coconut milk, coconut oil, olive oil, avocado, honey inside a store bought…

What seems to work best for me goes against the grain, Intermittent Fasting. (but I love it as a lifestyle and it's something I can actually stick with!) Being active and exercising by doing something I really enjoy like riding bike and although some ppl find it boring I actually like strength training with weight…

Yea, agreed in my opinion real is usually better than fake... here's a mini list regarding myths and misconceptions (cholesterol) about eggs from http://www.health.harvard.edu/press_releases/egg-nutrition .... Oh and organic free range eggs are even better! :)

Unfortunately what music is played on the radio and is mainstream is usually junk because that's the type of message they want to send out to the people, hip hop when it started wasn't about that and it still isn't. So the real music is mainly underground or even when it's a group that everyone knows and loves their music…

I like listening to DeadPrez Revolutionary But Gangsta and Stic Man's workout album. I love hip hop so I can name billions of albums I love, but those get me really amped and I have a more aggressive workout.

Splenda is sucralose which is bleached sugar. You actually get used to Stevia once you use it regularly, and it is natural not artificial. I don't mind it in tea, but not so much in coffee. Another all natural sweetener that I plan to try in the future is xylitol, which I heard doesn't have an after taste and can also be…

I understand that you were responding to that the "euphoria" scenario, but you should know that is still an ignorant comment. And you don't have to list all of the countries that have starving children to get your point across, and you don't have to refer to one or two countries from one continent that has starving…

this is an ignorant comment. As if there are only starving children in African countries. There are starving children and people every where, including right here in the U.S.A.
