I use a Flat Out wrap for a crust. 100 Calories for a pretty large pizza "crust" . Then I pile on the toppings and use grated Parmesan cheese as well as some other cheese. The Parm has such a strong flavor that it really requires little. Usually I can make the pizza for around 200 calories and add a large salad.

I have the best of both worlds! My job is 6 months on/ 6 off. Sucks that it is over the summer months... but I do still get to be home when my kids get home from school and most school functions are going on. That works well for us!

Vegetarian here. I also find the carbs vs protein hard to manage. I do.not.like.tofu. And, sadly, I rely on processed "meat" replacements a lot. But, they are yummy. *sigh* I have tried, a few times, to go vegan. But I'll be honest... I love cheese TOOO MUCH. It is always my downfall. Feel free to add me!
