I agree with adding mushrooms or spinach to an omelet in the morning...although usually I just eat the eggs bc it's easy. Other great morning vegetables... Sliced avocado Broiled or grilled asparagus

I keep it under 20g of net carbs per day and don't specifically care about calories. Eating low carb curbs your appetite where it's kinda hard to overeat for most people. YES!!! My ultimate goal is to lose a minimum of 226 and I'm about 99 lbs down! Having so much to lose can be overwhelming. Take each day at a time, log your food if you stop losing, and try to be active in some way to help. Good luck!! When you get in a groove, you'll do great!
