Sounds like he has a food addiction maybe as suggested sit down and speak to him about it, if its getting you down then that's no good. My boyfriend before my husband was exactly like that but he also wanted to make me feel bad and would make certain comments and after a while my confidence went. I tried to talk to him…

No I wouldn't be afraid of the pain its just I live in Ireland the majority of tattoo artists are terrible so there are loads of really bad tattoos walking around, if I was getting it done I would travel to London where there is this really amazing tattoo artist

I don't have any tattoos but for my 40th in two years I am thinking of getting one on my back and its a paw print with two angel wings coming out of it, I am involved in animal rescue and its to signify all the animals we've lost. I'm still not sure if I'll get it done.

When I lost over 2 stone I got my hair cut up into a funky bob and I loved it, I felt great and like a new me. I grew it back down a bit so that I could tie it up into a pony tail, looking at your picture I think a good cut would look great on you, get some layers cut in that way you dont have to get it all chopped off and…

Hi Aimee, Sounds like you need to get to the root of why you are emotionally eating when you figure that out it will help you to stop. I lost 2 1/2 stone in 2012-2013 then kind of went off the diet a little and gained back 1 stone so now here I am in 2014 more or less starting again I might add I still have 4 more stone to…

Thanks a million for this receipe, Indian is my favourite food and I was looking for a really tasty healthy dish to make

You've done brilliant you look amazing but in my opinion you don't need to lose another 20lb, you are very petite and if you lose more weight to that scale you will look too skinny.
-
Yes one girl who didn't agree with the amount of time I was putting in for one type of exercise lol...so she deleted me

Thanks I was slightly confused about the BMR and TDEE but when I put my calories in as 1663 and the goal amount of weight I wanted it told me I would only be losing 0.9lb per week.

Thanks yes will try that I love most veggies so can add them on the side

Thanks alot everyone I worked out last night if I ate 1400 too much per week I would be eating 72,800 extra per year no wonder the weight wasn't coming off, I bought a smaller plate last night and had my first smaller portion of curry and rice I admit I was still a little hungry but I can work other food in to help with…

I went onto that site and it tells me my BMR is 1663 and TDEE is 2286. What is BMR and TDEE?

It depends on the person really I have dated both slim and slightly heavier men. Some of the fit and attractive looking men can have the worst personalities the same can be said for slim men so for me its the person themselves not how they look. In saying that I did date a fella who was overweight and it didnt bother me at…

No just dump him ! I had that too and after months of it I got sick of it my ex was a tad bit tight on the money side of things too and he actually had my name on a calender on the wall for when he was seeing me, I split from him and some months later met my husband. He is either married or seeing someone else and tells…

I think its a personal choice for each person, if you can afford it and feel your children will benefit from you being at home all day then do it if not then work. I've had friends who took 2-3 years off work for the first few years of their childrens lives and couldn't wait to get back to work for some independance…
