I live in Ireland too and use Flavahans as suggested but when I can't get that I buy the porridge oats from Lidl or Aldi which I know are in the UK.

Fruit and yogurts works for me and sometimes popcorn and I dont be hungry in between meals.

Did you ever try the one kal spray you use it for frying etc...or you can get an vegtable oil that is in a spray it cooks the food just as good as frying with all the taste.

It's fairly simple, make a batch of food say bolognese, curry etc...you use a smaller portion size plate then he has. Fill that plate up and let you husband eat from the normal size plate and if he wants a refill he can just get one from the batch of food you have made so he will be full, then whatever is left over put…

If you don't have a huge amount of weight to lose its going to be hard to lose extra pounds as 2lbs a week is really good think about it you will have lost another 4lbs by the time your event is on.
