It is okay to eat at night as long as you make a smart choice. I would go for 1/2 a cup of low fat/sodium cottage cheese (it has natural casein which is a slow digesting protein) with a tbs of pb and some cinnoman or go for 4oz of grilled/baked chicken with tomato and cucumber.
