Well. I wasn't quite impressed eith the rate if my weight loss but I'm quite happy I wasn't slacking off and I didn't gain any weight back, I started with 210lbs, now down to 207lbs and I hope to leave the 200 stage soonest, so I'm gonna try incorporate new strategies into my workout routines

100 jumping jacks was done and I had fun with it mixing it up with 50 jumping jacks, 25 jumping squats and 50 jumping jacks plus spent 45 minutes doing d Insanity workout and 5,4,3,2,1 workout. I feel great right now. Lol. I might try d burpees tomorrow butni have never being able to do 5 without compromising my posture.…

I still can't do 10 burpees without my heart feeling like its on fire, so just the jumping jack plus the 45mins insanity/ gym time,

Wow. I feel good abt myself today. First it was snowing heavily but I still went to the gym. Normally I would turn back home. Then I tried this 5,4,3,2,1 challenge someone showed me and it was wonderful. Burned more calories then working on the treadmill.

Got. Plan what to eat in advance so you don't eat just anything u see when u get hungry. Plus change the style of your workouts schedule. Add a little extra, right?

I usually use my portable pedometer. It tells me the total steps I took and c8nverts to calories burned
