Cheese is wonderful. I wouldn't cut it out completely. I eat about an ounce a day I think. That satisfies me, and I LOVE cheese. Every now and then (as long as it fits into your calories) I say have a cheesy day. I agree with "everything in moderation".

I like cereal when those cravings come. Mainly because they have so many different kinds. If I crave chocolate I'll get cocoa pebbles, and if I am craving something carby I'll get out the cheerios. If it's a really small craving though I'll have a piece of a chocolate bar or an ounce of cheese.
