  • Even IF I was eating more, it's not 1,000 plus calories more. I'd still be losing weight at some point. So when you wanna start giving me actual advice instead of a math lecture post more.....
  • Yes, I lost over 30 pounds because I don't know how to weigh my food lol. This is about losing like 4 pounds while still trying to gain muscle mass on an area. Maybe you need to lose a bunch, but I've already done that. I'm working on health.
  • Honestly just these 15 minutes and my thighs are so sore, but I will definitely look into it. I have knee problems from wearing heels when I was younger, so I don't think I'll get to lifting or anything.
  • I like that idea. The reason I'm starting at 15 is cause I am new to this type of strength training. I want to get the form down as well as give my muscles time to relax and rebuild on my rest days. I am at a beginners level. I am very muscular in the thighs, back, and shoulders lol don't let the waist and white girl butt…
  • Oh lol you used to be able to see people's diary on here. I used this site to lose 33 pounds a few years back. My bad. When I calculate my weight it always says overweight. I hate that. I'm training my glutes right now to get a bigger butt, but idk if I need to lose or gain for that to happen.
  • If you look at my diary you can clearly see I weigh and properly enter my food. That's a real pic of me, I'm in great shape, but I'm not in a healthy weight range lol.
  • 129.4 10/02 Think I was getting bored too. The walks lead to runs sometimes, and I have to admit it makes my core feel a lot better than the latter. In a new way ;)
  • ya know...I hate googling my weight and tall *****es are my weight and look half my size. LOL
  • i will be blunt. I could not tie my ****ing shoes without sweating. I'm a DIY girl. I do my nails myself. Couldn't even comfortably reach my feet to give myself a pedicure. No.....no way is MY weight going to get in the way of the simple things that give me joy.
  • It could be that you are just stressed from having to take the pill that you are beginning to over eat. Remember to relax more during your day. Take some time out to enjoy something non-food related like a hot bath or a long walk. Sometimes we just need to redirect ourselves in order to not pay so much attention to food or…
  • Exercise more, Distribute the calories throughout next 2-3 days instead of uber failing one day, more importantly I GET BACK ON THE HORSE ! :-) Good luck ! ps read my diary and you'll see what I had to do yesterday from a binder the day before !
  • Maybe try strength training. It's been 3 months for me, and it's still difficult to see "change", but the toning really helps me see my body fat decreasing. My husband has a hard time with it too because of the fact he sees me every day. However, he did notice my strength training efforts, such as butt. I like p90x abs or…
  • Living healthy is a habit. You have to make it seem like an every day thing. Like brushing your teeth or taking a shower. Keep motivated with this site. It really helps. You can do it ! You just have to take a deep breath and start NOW. Even if you only lost 1/2 a pound a week you would still lose 26 pounds this time next…
  • I love cheese and I think I am sexy
  • First off make sure you reevaluate your calories with every loss. I do mine every 10 pounds. It's important to be really sure of your number. Second, set a realistic goal, such as 1 Lb. or 1/2 a Lb. a week. Thirdly, it takes about a week to a week and a half for me to stop being so hungry after I drop my calories. The pay…
  • 1.Milk 2.Mayo 3.Eggs 4.Cheerios 5. Strawberry Jelly ......continued 6. Butter 7. Sharp Cheddar 8. Kraft American Singles 9. Peanut butter 10. Chocolate Bar I'm surprised to see that most of my calories are attributed to those things. Just simple things I don't need, but I add to almost every meal. Except for milk and…
  • He was a truly wonderful actor and comedian. I loved him in Patch Adams and Bicentennial man. The world laughed a lot because of him.
  • that's awesome. I spent about 400 on a family of 4. this is what we eat mostly snack: apples, 1-2 oz hard cheese, 90 calories pudding or yogurt breakfast: a healthy cereal and a banana lunch: veggies sandwiches, pb&j's, soup dinner: lean ground beef spaghetti, baked tilapia with rice, grilled chicken and rice or pasta. I…
  • I keep it simple with drive thru under 300 cal menu items. Jack in the box: Breakfast Jack or Mcdonalds: Sausage mcmuffin. Taco Cabana: Breakfast Taco (Just one, it's tempting to get more) *^All things you can make at home the night before, freeze, and pop in the microwave in the morning for 45 seconds and run off to work…
  • I'm a serial body dieter. I constantly work towards improving how I look because of how I feel. You can work on both though through diet and exercise as well as other methods like counseling or regular socialization. You can change how you look, but make sure you are trying to be more positive on your journey. Compliment…
  • Usually the week before and the week of "it" I bloat. I gave up getting down about not seeing the scale go down for those couple weeks. I crave chocolate and sweets....milk oddly enough. I set aside calories to eat those yummy treats. I say if you know it's just those weeks than just hold your breath through it. Don't take…
  • You may have over worked yourself a bit, and your are just holding water from the hike. Whenever I start a new work out I always expect my body to move around water like crazy. Give it a week I'm sure you'll be fine. Also make sure you are logging your work outs to make sure you are not going too far under 1200 with these…
  • Every other day 18 minutes of core strength training, and 1-2 times a week 30-120 minutes of walking/swimming.
  • I think that maybe you just are where you want to be with your weight loss or strength training, and now you feel the need to look down on others who are still working toward their goal. You can change your body, but modesty is something you, girl, need to work on. It's a maturity thing.. That's just my opinion........as…
  • Good for you for still being active ! I love walking. It allows me to soak it all in as oppose to drowning it all out. I take my dog with me, and it's great bonding time.
  • just wanted to say this post helped me a lot today. well said
  • Well I am weaning myself off caffeine along with lowering my calories so the headache part may be doing that as well. I put myself at 1 pound a week at light activity.
