Should I switch it up ?
I heard switching your exercise routine when you plateau helps you start losing again. I normally do p90xabs (15min. every other day), but lately Ive just been relying on walking a few times a week. I have that last 5 pounds I want to lose. Do you think switching up my exercise will help motivate my metabolism?

1/2 way there, but feeling so horrible

Cell Phones
Should 8 year olds be allowed cell phones (out of school). My husband doesn't think so because he feels my son is too young. I feel that because we are moving from the suburbs to the city (bigger and scarier) him having a phone and being able to contact us if he needs help is essential. What do you all think?

Chick-fil-a eating out responsibly
If you could order one thing or meal from chick-fil-a that wouldn't interrupt your diet plans what would it be? Hubby is giving me a break from dinner and taking me and the kids out for some grub. I think I am going to get the spicy chicken and, depending on lunch, maybe a small waffle fry. :-)

Coffee !!
I love my diet, but I love my coffee more. Since dieting I have decided to cut out the cream and sugar and only take it black. I'm actually getting used to it, and I still love it ! Have you had to change your coffee? What's your favorite way to have it?

Smoking
I have already quit drinking (24/26 days sober), and now I kind of want to quit smoking. I smoke around 6-10 cigarettes a day. I may stress 1-2 times a week and have a couple more, but not often. 500 calories or less food
So I am being told I still have 500 calories left for the day. That's after meals, and snacks. I'm not very hungry....in fact I feel quiet stuffed. I was wondering if anyone can tell me about some light and healthy foods or small meals that are 500 calories or a small amount under. :-)

Happy Thought
I went and looked how many calories I would be able to eat to maintain my goal weight, and that made me happy. Between 1550-1750 a day. That's doable, and that makes me happy. Has anyone done that just to see what they are working toward?

Old to the site; new to the boards
