What 90 days looks like

Ok so started at 153, and today is my 90th day on MFP. I've lost 17 pounds which brings me over the dreaded halfway hump FINALLY !!

I do P90x Abs every other day
A 30 day challenge (strength -3 minutes) everyday
I walk or swim once a week

I am cooking at home more instead of getting fast food
I am lowering my alcohol/energy drink/coke intake and replacing it with water or koolaide

So here is where I am at, and I am proud ! I am can't wait until I get to my goal weight !!
