500 calories or less food

So I am being told I still have 500 calories left for the day. That's after meals, and snacks. I'm not very hungry....in fact I feel quiet stuffed. I was wondering if anyone can tell me about some light and healthy foods or small meals that are 500 calories or a small amount under. :-)

You don't need to eat all your daily calories. Just click on "complete this diary" if you're not hungry!0

If you aren't hungry don't force yourself to eat. You could always have a glass of milk or tea with honey/milk. Or if you get hungry before bed you could have a little snack. As long as most days you meet your goal or get close, one day won't hurt to be under.0

I had an extra 400 calories today and fixed it with a blizzard from Dairy Queen.
PS You didn't eat lunch today. Maybe have a sandwich?0 -
Personally, on days like this (they're rare for me...) I don't force myself to eat all the calories. There are always plenty of days where I'll want every single calorie and maybe more so I figure it all evens out that way.0
