1. Undereating - I eat much more now. 2. Eyeballing portion sizes - I use a kitchen scale. 3. Being scared of fat rich foods - I eat plenty of healthy fats. 4. Only doing cardio - I lift weights and I look slimmer than I used to be at the same weight.

Eat calorie dense foods such as nuts, avocados, whole milk. and chocolate. You could include a treat like ice cream or a cookie.

Do you have a credible source for the part where GMO's are proven to cause tumours, burst red blood cells, and cancer? Just because a food is genetically modified, it does mean it is "bad". GMOs can help produce a large amount of food and help people who have little access to food.

I believe it is healthy to have treats once in a while otherwise that feeling of deprivation may cause a binge later on. So, enjoy that ice cream! :) This reminds me that I need to get ice cream soon, Ben & Jerry's Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough ice cream to be specific.

Yes, I suffer from it. People ask me what's wrong with me usually. I once had a girl tell my I was giving her dirty looks but honestly, that's just my face. I think most people don't approach me because of my face, but oh well.

I eat plenty of beef and I can get a large amount of iron from that.

Your calories are already set at a deficit, so eat back those calories burned from exercise.

I am 5'4 and 110 lbs, my maintenance is about 1800 calories or so. This number does not account for the exercise I do. If I do exercise, I eat the calories back.

Eat when you are truly hungry. Many people tend to eat out of boredom, stress, etc.

Rest days are important!

I used to skip breakfast because I did not have time to make anything and so I could cut calories (bad idea). I slowly have incorporated breakfast and feel amazing all day. I used to get so hungry and shaky before. Today I had a large smoothie which consisted of strawberries, banana, spinach, and vanilla protein powder.…

Yes, it's great to actually have a daily treat because it will reduce your chances of binging on them.

Strawberries + vanilla protein shake Beef sandwich (WW wrap, beef, sauerkraut, chili, and mayo) Chocolate croissant I didn't have time for breakfast so I ate a bigger lunch.

I love meat  To me, a meal is not complete without meat.

Full fat milk for me :)

Too much dietary fat. The odd thing is I love fatty, rich foods like butter but if I go over a certain amount, my stomach feels at unease.

I personally try to avoid; 1) Overly sweet coffee drinks 2) Potato chips 3) Soda 4) Seafood (Some sea creatures are scary looking, so that's why.) 5) White bread (It feels and tastes odd, I prefer rye or sourdough.)

Vegetables Most people have an irrational fear of them.

Becoming vegetarian doesn't mean you will lose weight. Did you know there are also fat vegetarians? Cut back on the carbs, add in more protein and fats. Log your food properly, use a kitchen scale because they are the most accurate way to know how many calories you are consuming.

I used to be a vegetarian and was also vegan for quite some time. What made me change was that I really had no reason for doing it. I don't have strong emotions towards animals except for cats. The health benefits of veganism was quite alluring to me. Though, I don't believe veganism is healthy anymore. You need to…
