I just started the 30 day slim down. I will be on day 2. I am not sure how the results will turn out. But it is a tough workout. It pushes you the whole time.

Yea I have SVT. So exercising just kicks that into high gear. So after 5 minutes of starting I am already exhausted, and my heart feels like it's beating out of my chest. So we will continue to motivate each other.
