I have gained weight in my office job. I am willing to join in. I am trying to lose 10 by June 19th.

I have tried it.... You will not notice weight loss, but you will notice inches lost. Do modified versions of the exercises for about a week, this way it helps ease your knees and legs into the exercises. Good luck!

It is definitely HARD in the beginning to even get started or stay motivated. I found that when I felt like "quitting" I would just walk in place during that part and then start back in when I felt comfortable. The main thing is just don't STOP or QUIT. Keep your heart rate up even if you have to march in place. Keep up…

I love to use whole wheat tortillas. Works great as a substitute. I use it for pizza also.

I would agree to this. I was in a rut, but started lowering the carb intake and have noticed my belly has been finally going down. Good luck!

I believe they have food tailored specifically for their body type and they are working out 10-14 hours a day! Because I am struggling to get a pound off per week. But you are doing well, so keep it up!!!

I call it cardio.... and it can be low or moderate, of course depending on the position and how much you are sweating ;)

I didn't notice any weight loss completing the shred after two weeks. I think I lost 1 pound, but I did notice more definition and my endurance definitely built up. I think it really depends on your height and weight initially starting, and definitely the types of foods you are eating.

3. I don't like when you are out eating and the servers start sweeping right next to you. 2. I don't like when people have bad breath, yet they want to be all up in ya face. 1. And finally, I ABSOLUTELY hate when people take a DUMP in the restroom and leave STREAKS! WTH, I don't want to see what you just did in the toilet.

Try drinking warm water with lemon and CAYENNE PEPPER. Yes I know it sounds nasty, but it helped me.

No I have not tried Bob Harper's; however, I did the 30DS. I don't have a lot of time to make it to the gym, but would like a good workout, and to have something give me a bit of toning (definition).

How much weight can possibly be lost completing it? Do you have to progress to each level, to see a difference?
