Need a Little Help: Lose 10 - 15 lbs by end of June

I'm looking to start a group to help one another lose 10 -15 lbs by the end of June. I was off on maternity for a year and had no problem taking the baby weight off and working out regularly and eating properly. I've been back to work now for almost 10 months and have put back on 10 lbs! I'm finding it very difficult working full-time and being a mom and wife.     With the amount you have to lose your goal should be to lose 0.5lbs/week. Having too large of a deficit (lose more/week) can result in a large % of your loss coming from lean muscle instead of fat.

    I'm not a mother but I do have an office job. I was gaining weight because for lunch I was eating out all the time and we don't exactly have healthy restaurants in the area I work. I just started buying Healthy Choice frozen food dinners and eating those for lunch. They all taste DELICIOUS and it's keeps me portion controlled. I'm also recently transitioning from coffee to herbal tea. I actually like it.

    I have gained weight in my office job. I am willing to join in. I am trying to lose 10 by June 19th.
