I started at 388. Try not to think of the entire amount that you have to lose but set smaller goals that you can celebrate along the way. Good luck - making the decision to make changes - that's the hardest part and you've already done it!

I like the raspberry tea with cherry pomegranate crystal light. Sometimes I use a tropical fruit liftoff in it. YUM!

OMGosh - me too! I eat them several times per week. My usual is just mashed in a bowl with a little minced garlic, salt & pepper and spread on anything! Or i'll slice them in the skin and add to a salad or on top of a burger. So yummy!

I actually like the Fresca menu at Taco Bell. Their website gives really detailed information. Also if there is a Cheddars Cafe near you, they have alot of choices and their menu is posted. Oh, and McAlister's Deli is yummy!

I live in the Shawnee/Bethel area. I use the Shawnee YMCA but have been to the Bones gym in Tecumseh. I love zumba - I usually go 4 days/week. (Mon/Wed at the YMCA and Tues/Thursday at the Little Axe community center off Hwy 9). It's the same teacher - she's great!.

I use the products as well. I started on January 2nd and I feel so much better. I don't take heartburn meds anymore and I have alot more energy. I started slowly with exercise and have been making really good progress. I'm almost halfway to my goal! Good luck on your journey! : )

I love Zumba! It's a great all over cardio workout and it's fun. The hour long class seems to fly by - much faster and easier for me to handle than that same time on the elliptical or treadmill.

Even if you don't stay on the Herbalife program (shakes, teas and supplements) don't give up. You owe it to yourself to be healthy and happy, no matter what else may be going on around you.
