I'm almost sure it is your medication. My Prozac made me gain and gain and gain, after I realized it was that that was contributing to my weight gain, I had to drop it and try herbal supplements in place of it and I've been able to drop around 30lbs since then. It's a terrible feeling needing medication for help in your…

Honestly I can find beauty in all shapes - just embrace what you have and find what works best for it. You can rock absolutely anything at any shape! Don't forget that. ;-)

Thank you all so much for the great replies! I think I will hide my Salt Shaker and get off cold turkey, and I will pick out some Mrs. Dash - I really appreciate all the help!! :drinker:

How much water on average do you drink a day?

When I was eating 300-600 calories a day, I landed myself in the hospital with gallstones that turned into pancreatitis. :ohwell: That's the silliest thing I ever heard.

I will never give up peanut butter! It's my only sweet treat.

I have felt this way my whole life and through my weight-loss I still am having the 'misfit' blues. But, I want you to know that you are not alone! There are others out there who feel the sting of the eyes on them constantly, so we all need to stick together. :flowerforyou:

Goodness, I thought this was only me. Yes, I started at a size 7, and now 6's slip off of me! I am snug and nice in a 5.5 now. Very weird, Maybe I was just over-estimating my feet before?

I rarely/never eat before 11am - Noon, It just doesn't do anything but make me 'whine' for the next meal. I prefer to eat a nice protein bar around my 'start' time and then 3pm I eat a nice wholesome lunch and then around 6pm, I eat my very fair dinner. It has worked wonders for me, and in the morning to curb any appetite,…

Medically, I am not fit to give anyone advice. I would never want to be in a calorie intake below 1,200 honestly. I average 1.1k - 1.2k a day just fine, and still (somedays) have some hunger pangs, maybe it's because I'm different or eating a little too small of nutrients - whatever it may be, I would never want to because…

I feel the same way, my SW: 162, CW: 135, and my GW: 100 - I just can't seem to shake the nagging fact that I hardly feel much change. Whereas others are saying I've lost a good few lbs, but then I'm like ouch, what if I lose all of it and then I still feel this way? I know exactly how you feel, but the best advice I have…

Weirdly.. I hit my plateau at the same amount of weight lost as you. It's crazy how the body just stops responding when it feels like it. I hope everything clears up real soon, hit my first, painfully slow plateau today and am hoping I can nip it in the bum soon! Keep your head up, and never give up. :flowerforyou:
