Ok, I see what you are all saying. Its an organised challenge amongst me and my friend so I suppose it could be flexible. However I don't see how it will be hard. I will be able to eat unprocessed meat, eggs, fruit, veg and unprocessed dry legumes (and yes I will cook the food). So that is a pretty balanced diet. I suppose…

I second this! Its very nice. :) You can make loads of things with cauliflower such is pretend rice and mashed potatoe and they are just as good! Do a google search for recipes!

Sounds like you have been doing pretty well so far so don't ruin it. :D Also out of all the healthy foods you go for MacDonalds!? So many nicer alternatives. :P Also you dont know what they put in their burgers, probably mashed up bones and hair.. Did that work? :P Have a nice evening!

You should have the Grilled Halloumi Salad! It looks amazing and its pretty healthy aslong as they don't add dressing. Looks like you can ask for a gluten free menu too. I hear gluten free is supposed to be healthy. Have fun. :D

Ive never cooked them either but I have a tin and I am planning on making tomato and chickpea soup which looks amazing as well as chickpea curry! I dont like humus. :/ Just have a look through Google and some good recipes will come up!

Something even healthier than brown rice is cauliflower rice! It's amazing and really healthy. All you do is grate a cauliflower then you can cook it how you want such as steaming it. I use it as a substitute in egg fried rice and it tastes great.

Chocolate ovaltine hot drink using mostly water! Its really tasty and warming but not toooo unhealthy.
