  • Ah I'm sure someone done it to them and now they feel like it's something that should be done. It don't bother me.
  • I would think if it was a pinched nerve, I'd still have the issue today. Maybe I'm a wuss, ha.
  • That makes sense. And I'm assumig if you dose and cycle correctly that those are the benefits.
  • I never stretch after. I always stretch before.. And that's anything. Lifting.. Running.. I have seen many people, even Martin Rooney suggest stretching after.
  • Again, my ignorance on the subject is showing. So if I still have to put in all that I'm doing now, what's the steroid do?
  • There's something about being able to telling someone I done this by eating right, working hard, and none of it is chemical except for the Creatine, Beta Alanine, and additional protein I ate.
  • You can't mean someone as big as Lesnar ever cycled. *snicker*. I'm sure some have cycled and probably clean themselves out months or weeks before the tests for fights. While this has been kinda informative and I'll probably do more research, I probably still won't use them unless it becomes a necessity. I don't compete in…
  • I know the UFC tests for steroids. Alot of controversy came about with Dan Henderson and a few fighters about using testosterone replacement therapy. Henderson is the only fighter I know allowed to do so. He has medical clearance to have TRT due to having extremely low levels of testosterone. Several fighters have been…
  • Shirts I change. Shorts I don't.
  • My iPod is very.. Random. Bama Boyz- Sweet Home Alabama Eric Church- Keep On Toby Keith- Made in America (I like to run to this one) Notorious BIG- Notorious Thugs (Run) Drop Kick Murpheys- For Boston Skillet- Awake and Alive Shooter Jennings- Electric Rodeo Godsmack- Voodoo That's just a taste.
  • I wear my Vibrams at the gym. Is there a problem with that Mr. Lawrence?
  • But could you still achieve the same results naturally? I know Bodybuilders use them to get bigger, but why would a person who doesn't body build or compete in some type of competition want to supplement them?
  • I guess that from the bad press is why I've never been for them. Are the benefits from juicing really worth it? Could you still achieve the same results without the use of steroids or do they give you that extra edge to train harder?
  • I agree, I know nothing of how they work or how to properly use them. Probablly why I've never dipped my toes into the steroid pool. As far as the muscle head comment, I stereotyped.
  • I have Vibram Five Fingers and New Balance Minimus shoes. They're both good, but you have to ease your way into them. I don't see me running more than a 5k in my Five Fingers at the moment.
  • I can't bring myself to do roids. I'm still overweight and have yet to see what an ab on me looks like. Besides I want to be able to wipe my @$$.
  • I just want to know who the first person was to look at a cow's udder and saw: I'm gonna drink whatever comes out of that.
  • Could be a number of things. Because you normally run on a treadmill you have shock absorbers built into the machine where on a sidewalk you don't. Your shoes could be wore out and time for a new pair. The bumps, I'd say probably some type of bug.
  • OH don't worry. I have a trail and I know the round about distance. Scottb, my half won't be until January. Right now I'm focused on WD. Next is a 10k. Then who knows.
  • Makes sense. I'm a big guy as it is. And in the last month I've decided to train for a half marathon. But at least 2 days a week I want to hit the weights to get back some of the strength I've lost.
  • So I run in KSOs and NB Minimus shoes and I have discovered one interesting tid bit. Sharp rocks still hurt because there is no cushioning. Any tips?
  • I use inji socks when I run in my NB Minimus and nothing in my five fingers.

  • I love deadlifts, but you're right, you have to respect it. Just picking it up wrong could ruin your world for a few weeks.
  • I think the next beer I'll buy is either some Buffalo Sweat or Boddington's.
  • I allow myself a bad day once a week, and that one day I drink beer. Usually it's Miller Lite because if I'm fishing or hanging out a camp, it's cheap and easy to find. Plus the Budlighters stay away from it. Usually when I have a good expensive beer they all want a taste.
  • Tias kettle cooked tortilla chips are pretty good.
  • On days I lift I do a scoop of NO Shotgun pre-work out, a scoop of Beta Alanine that's 3.2 grams post workout along with two creatine tablets and a protein shake. On days where I work soley on my running, I do a scoop of 3.2 B-Alanine pre-run and two creatine tablets after the run. I could be dosing wrong on my running…
  • I hope so. Which it didn't bother me, just found it odd. I'm hoping to get back to working out this week and get back to cutting weight and pumping hard again. I want to go at least 4 weeks on it uninterrupted.
