hehehehehehhe okay so I pick blueberries and freeze them to make storing them easier. They are now unclean? Why does this just like religion? If I have someone speak Yiddish over the blueberries before consuming them can I claim they are clean?

Is Dr Hyman a '3 o'clock' doctor? Is he one of the infomercial group on at the wee wee hours of the morning? I think if Frank Sinatra slept during these hours he missed the Hyman time. Probably best to avoid wee wee hour doctors.

Correct; some even shoot higher. They'd need to workout though for all the nutritional ketosis benefits. I read where some people think going in and out of ketosis can happen in a day or two. It is strange what people believe versus the people getting paid to discuss the topic(they typically state longer then 24-48 hours).…

This is saying you are burning 125 calories every ten minutes or 167 every ten minutes. If your goal is weight loss you may want to look at other ways to calculate your burn as you get closer to goal and not rely on the calorie burn from the machine.

Green leafy vegetables. Swiss chard is an excellent source of magnesium but not sure "God knows what else" is something this may help. Good luck .

I looked up VO2 levels for 50-59 YO males. Good range 40-43; so 37 is average (32-39); next category above good is High (44-48); athletic (49-55) Olympic (56+). Maybe the table you use is different.
