Avocado and artichoke stuffed chicken

yes it is the 'unmanly' day. Why? Exactly. So. .. yesterday with salad, scallops(Hemingway), Ranch dressing(thank you Ben Cartwright), walnuts(no idea?!?), and garlic(Pirlo in honor of Italian soccer players). So if eating salads is unmanly. . . .awesome! Bring it on!

It was time and I'm glad I did it.....
Yes, extra vitamin C comes from cabbage, steaming it was a fair death. Pairing it with steak and greens was an appropriate place on the plate for it. A little butter, sure. Salt on the steak for seasoning.....absolutely.
