How hard is it?

Saw this on the back of a shirt.......ABILITY: Is what you are capable of// MOTIVATION: determines what you do// ATTITUDE: determines how well you do it

Each of these things push and pull you throughout a day; some days workouts or routines are harder then other days. On your hardest day which of the 3 things above is the most important for you?

    Attitude is the biggest detriment to my workouts. ABILITY.. I have.. MOTIVATION, is always there… But my ATTITUDE sucks sometimes… that one is hardest to fake for me

    Trust me the faking is hard when it comes to ATTITUDE; and some days MOTIVATION isn't always the first out of the shoot.

    It is all about ATTITUDE. I have gained the ability to do many things, I was not able to do. By gaining the ability, I am now motivated to do them. What got me going and made me do the work was my attitude. Stay positive. :happy:
