I use strawberries, raspberries, avocado, peanut butter, coconut water and my cellucor protein powder. It is full of protein and flavor. The avocado makes it thick and rich, peanut butter always goes good with fruit, and you are not using processed sugar. The calories are lower than one would think, and iy makes a yummy, nutritious and hunger satisfying snack (meal). The cellucor powder I use most is chocolate chip cookie dough flavor and it has 25 grams of protein in a scoop.

This sounds great, but I'm looking for what other ingredients to add to pears and whey protein. I am having a brain fart.

I can't think of anything. But pear and whey isn't really a thing I'd consider. It's too much like apple and I'm not a fan of apple and milk.
I'd probably go with berries. Pears are pretty mild flavoured so I'd go with something more flavourful. Strawberries, blueberries, etc should go fine.

Okay, so maybe some whey, plain yogurt, berries(blue and straw) the pears and some honey. IDK I have 3 different combinations in my meals section but the pears due to their taste and watery/grainy texture just sort of threw me. Thanks for the ideas.
